Moment Capture provides small event photography services in Islamabad, including event coverage, speaker and guest portraits, and an edited private gallery where agreed. The exact scope, location, access arrangements, and priorities are confirmed before the session, and any service remains subject to venue access and client cooperation.
Fees are quoted on a project basis according to the schedule, venue access, and agreed deliverables. A booking deposit may be required to confirm a session, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed during the booking process. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be handled as agreed in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, securing any required venue permissions, and ensuring reasonable access for photography. Moment Capture may decline or limit coverage where access, timing, safety, or consent arrangements are not suitable. Image curation may remove duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable files.
Internal conditions and reference handling
All photographs and related content remain the property of Moment Capture unless a separate written license states otherwise. The client receives only the usage rights expressly agreed for the delivered images, and no RAW files, rejected files, or broader copyright transfer is implied unless confirmed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moment Capture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for results outside its control, including venue restrictions, attendance, weather, expressions, poses, or missed moments caused by access limits or client instructions. Editing does not include body transformation, identity alteration, or other deceptive changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, and any dispute should first be raised with Moment Capture in good faith. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the matter through the competent courts or other lawful forum having jurisdiction.
